In this workshop, I unpacked how I built an enterprise dashboard with user management, authentication, and scoped permissions in three days, supported by 72 documented architecture decisions. I walked through the workflow from discussing design choices with AI, to recording the decisions, implementing with Cursor and Claude Code, and checking the result through local QA and pull request review. Shared instructions and strict TypeScript and Biome rules gave the tools a consistent set of standards to follow.

The technical walkthrough covered a Turborepo monorepo, a Next.js frontend, and a separate identity service using Hono, Better Auth, and Drizzle on Cloudflare Workers and D1. I explained the choices behind passkeys, magic links, Google sign-in, and role-based access control with organisational scopes, then covered deployment and interface polish. The lesson running through the session was that planning, clear boundaries, and documented decisions make rapid AI-assisted development easier to maintain after the initial build.
